These terms govern your use of Buy&Sell Analytics (“Buy&Sell”). By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
The service
Buy&Sell is an analytics tool: it imports data from the exchanges you connect with read-only access and shows journals, reports and statistics. It cannot place trades or move funds.
No advice
Nothing in Buy&Sell is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Insights and reports describe your past trades and market data. Trading crypto assets and derivatives carries a high risk of loss; your decisions are your own.
Accuracy
Data comes from exchanges and public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or limited by the history an exchange provides. Check important figures, especially for taxes, against your exchange statements.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and allowed to use these services where you live. Keep your password and recovery key safe: because your journal is encrypted, we cannot restore it without them. Use only read-only exchange keys.
Plans and payment
New accounts get 7 days of Premium free. Paid plans are bought for a month or a year in USDT and do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, the account moves to Basic and your data stays. Prices are shown in the app and may change for future periods; a paid period keeps its price. Payments are final once a plan is activated, except where the law requires otherwise — if something went wrong, write to support and we will sort it out.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's data, or resell access without our consent.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Buy&Sell available and correct, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made using the service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Ending use
You can stop using Buy&Sell and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
