Privacy Policy

Buy&Sell Analytics (“Buy&Sell”, “we”) is a trading journal for crypto traders, available at buysellanalytics.com and app.buysellanalytics.com. This policy explains what we store, why, and how you control it. The short version: your journal is encrypted on your device and we cannot read it.
What we store
- Account: your email address and a one-way hash of a key derived from your password. We never receive or store the password itself.
- Your journal: trades, reviews, notes, screenshots and settings — stored on our server only in encrypted form. The encryption key is derived on your device from your password; without it the data cannot be read, including by us.
- Exchange keys: stored inside the same encrypted vault. Requests to exchanges are signed and sent from your browser directly to the exchange. The one exception is the OKX Earn section, which OKX does not serve to web pages: those signed read-only requests pass through our server without being stored.
- Devices: device name, browser, device type and last-seen time, so you can see and close access to your devices.
- Plan and payments: your plan, its validity and payment records (amount, network and blockchain transaction).
- Email codes: one-time codes for sign-up and password reset, deleted after use or expiry.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data and do not use it for advertising.
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers and do not set advertising cookies. The app keeps data in your browser storage only to work offline and open quickly.
- We cannot trade, withdraw or move funds on your exchange: connected keys are read-only.
Service providers
Cloudflare (server and database, encrypted data only), Resend (sending email codes), GitHub (hosting the website; and your journal only if you choose your own GitHub storage). Your exchange processes the requests you make to it under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete devices yourself in the app. To delete your account and all stored data, write to support@buysellanalytics.com; we delete it within 30 days. If you forget both your password and your recovery key, your journal cannot be recovered — this is the price of encryption.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to support@buysellanalytics.com. Your journal itself you can export from the app at any time.

Buy&Sell is intended for adults (18+).
